Communications and enquiries
When you call or email using contact details on this website, your communication may be received or handled by Trustmark Trades and passed to RM Removals so your enquiry can be dealt with. Trustmark Trades provides platform and routing services; it does not perform House Removals work unless expressly stated otherwise.

Website use
Content on this website is for general information only. It is not professional advice for your specific situation. You must not misuse the site or attempt unauthorised access.
Quotes and contracts
Any estimate given via this website, phone, or email is subject to survey and written confirmation by RM Removals unless stated otherwise. A binding agreement for trade work exists only when the Business confirms acceptance in writing.
Consumer cancellation rights and emergency callouts
If you are a consumer entering into a distance or off-premises contract with RM Removals, you may have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. If you request work or an emergency callout to begin within the 14-day cancellation period, you acknowledge that you will be responsible for the reasonable cost of any work, labour, or materials supplied up to the time of cancellation, and that the right to cancel ceases once the service has been fully performed. Under Regulation 28(1)(e), the statutory cancellation right does not apply to urgent repairs or maintenance that you specifically request the Business to visit your property to carry out.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither RM Removals nor Trustmark Trades is liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.

This website may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer rights that apply in the United Kingdom.
